To the Honourable Ayatollah Rabbani, may his blessings continue

After greetings, I beseech God for your health and success. The reason for troubling you is that Mrs. Ghodsiyyeh and Mr. Enayatollah Mehdizadeh are unwell and in need of medical treatment. However, the Sharia judge in Shiraz has imprisoned them both. They are prepared to give any guarantee required to enable their case to be investigated after medical treatment. But Mr. Borujerdi is depriving them of their legal right. I appeal to Your Highness, who has always been implementing the luminous Islamic laws, to oversee this matter and resolve this issue, with your competence and insight. Ever (yours) Mohammad-Ibn-I-Muhammad [Illegible]

Your humble servant

To the Honourable Ayatollah Dastgheib, may his blessings continue

After greetings and expressions of sincerity, I convey the following in respect to my previous letter pleading for justice in the case of Ghodsiyyeh Vahdat and Enayatollah Mehdizadeh, who are unwell and in urgent need of medical attention. However, Mr. Borujerdi has completely ignored it and has, aggressively and persistently, kept them in prison in spite of ill health, even though they are prepared to give any guarantee required to enable their case to be investigated after medical treatment. These irregular acts will result in the lack of trust towards Islamic justice and a daily increase in discontented people. No one pays any attention, despite the counsels of the people’s imam on the ways to establish Islamic justice. In order to serve justice and to revive the rights of the entitled ones, kindly instruct the observance and implementation of Islamic laws in this regard.

Your humble servant Mohammad-Ibn-I-Muhammad [illegible]

Ever (yours) Mohammad Eshraghi
