The Ministry of Labor's circular regarding the non-issuance of favorable vote for the expelled employees of the perverse Baha'i sect

Following the restructuring of employees covered by either the Labour Act or the Agricultural Act in government departments and affiliated institutions, and following the appeal of the expelled persons from these institutions to the Departments of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs yesterday issued a circular addressed to all Departments of Labour and Social Affairs which indicates:

As per Paragraph 8 of Section 29 of the Restructuring of Human Resources Act related to  government departments and affiliated institutions, and approved on 5/7/1360 [27 Sep 1981] in The Islamic Consultative Assembly, the punishment for membership in the perverse Baha'i sect is permanent expulsion from the government services . This is in accordance to a consensus of Muslims who consider the Baha'i sect to be outside of the bounds of Islam, as is membership in organisations whose manifesto or constitution are based on the negation of holy religions. , Further on the basis of provisions of Article 58 of the aforementioned act, the regulations are enforceable for all employees including those subject to either the Labour Act or the Agricultural Labour Act, government institutions, factories, banks, companies and government affiliated institutions and all nationalized or confiscated ones. Therefore conflict resolution authorities are obliged to refrain from issuing any verdict in favour of the expelled employees from the abovementioned places where their membership in the perverse Baha'i sect and abovementioned organisations has been proven.
