And in accordance with Section 1 in Clause D of the Executive By-Laws concerning “Student Enrolments, Second Stage”, and “Transfers and Student Suspensions, First Stage” as set out in directive number M/2122, dated 06/09/1361[27 November, 1982], issued to universities by the Minister of Culture and Higher Education,
