The Indictment of the Dethroned Shah by the Iranian Group for Cooperation with Palestine Sheikh Mostafa Rahnama, an officer of the Executive Board of the Iranian Group for Cooperation with Palestine submitted the indictment of the dethroned Shah to Mehdi Hadavi, the Public Prosecutor-General of the Islamic Republic of Iran
In this indictment, the Executive Board of [the agency] Cooperation with Palestine, introduces the former and dethroned Shah as a murderer, and destroyer of the economy, agriculture, and national industries, and the cause of their ruin owing to the murders and crimes he committed against the nation and his cooperation with leaders of Baha’i and Zionism, as well as the continuance of his crimes and conspiracies and collaboration with Zionism and Global Imperialism against Iran; [the indictment also] describes him as an indictable offender. In this indictment, Prosecutor is asked to demand that those countries in which the dethroned Shah [has residences or may be living] hand him over to the Iranian government to stand trial.
