Bush’s Message in Honour of Baha’u’llah
During these years, the Baha’is who escaped Iran took every opportunity to strike a blow at and defeat the Islamic regime, and in this way large investments were made.
In general, a number of Baha’is quite secretly continued their organizational activities in Iran until 1362 [1983/1984]. This year, however, after arresting a number of them and exposing their espionage activities for foreigners, the Prosecutor’s Office formally banned any Baha’i organizational and factional activity in Iran. The National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of Iran, which had the Baha’i community of Iran under its organizational auspices, with the publication of an eight-page declaration, announced its dissolution in appearance only.
But this announcement of dissolution was made only on paper and with the aim of deceiving the public. Because since then, the perverse Baha’i sect, with the support of Western circles from outside and inside, has been constantly planning to strike at the Islamic Republic. The sect’s leaders spread rumours and complained about Iran to the international community, and Western circles sided with them through their media, with individuals such as Galindo Pohl and Copithorne, representatives for human rights at the United Nations, and declared that the Baha’is were being persecuted in Iran. They justified the execution of several Baha’i criminals at the beginning of the revolution, such as Hoveyda.
Of course, all this oppression [took place] while the Americans themselves admit in the documents obtained, during the revolution, which was the peak of chaos and opposition to persecution in any revolution, that the Muslim people did not opposed the Baha’is, despite their being aware of many of the Baha’is’ crimes and acts of corruption.
In 1371 , on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the death of Baha’u’llah, President George W. Bush sent a message of support of Baha’is to the Second World Congress of Baha’ism. In this message, Iran’s name was included in the blacklist for violating the rights of Baha’is.
Also, in 1373 [1994/1995], Bill Clinton―then president of the United States―said, “The United States is trying to establish international cooperation to put pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran to respect the rights of religious minorities.”
In the same year, Galindo Pohl, the UN special rapporteur, in his biased report, called for an end to the repression of the Baha’i religious community in Iran!!
In addition, Maurice Copithorne, a representative of the Human Rights Commission, during his visit to Iran, alleged violations of the rights of Baha’is in Iran.
Currently, 400 internet sites around the world are promoting Baha’ism; some mislead the uninformed seekers under the guise of the sacred title of Mahdism by disguising and providing inaccurate information about the Lord of the Age (PBUH).
With the help of global Zionism, in 1380 [2001/2002], Baha’is inaugurated their Holy Garden in Haifa at a cost of at least [US]$250 million; its project manager was Fariborz Sahba, who was also in charge of the great Baha’i temple project in India.
After the failure in Iran, the Baha’is built a huge temple in the Indian capital, New Delhi, called the Lotus [Temple], which was visited by Ariel Sharon, the bloodthirsty former prime minister of Israel, during his five-day visit to India in Shahrivar 1382 [August/September 2003].
It should be noted that the German Green Party is also a supporter of the Baha’is of Iran.
In many statistics provided by Westerners in recent years, the number of Baha’is in Iran is known to be ridiculously higher than the number of Christians, Jews, and Zoroastrians, and they claim that the Baha’i community in Iran is the largest non-Muslim religious minority in Iran.
