The Ministry of Culture and Higher Education announced:


Conditions of Acceptance of Lecturers and Students during the Transition Period


In a memorandum, the minister of culture and higher education announced the conditions for acceptance of academic staff and students who are subject to the transition plan, their composition and the duties of the universities and admissions councils.


In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate!


The following points are conveyed, based on the decision of the coordinating councils with regard to the implementation of the “leave of absence” for the current university students:


…in addition to the above points, the following points will lead to the expulsion of the students during the transition period:


  1. Membership in the perverse [Baha’i] sect, which, according to the consensus of the Muslims, is regarded as “non-Muslim”, or membership in the organizations whose mission statement or constitution is based on the ideology of the negation of divine religions…
