Donated lands Formerly under Control of Former Governor-General of Fars Province, Removed from His Control

As a result of a request from the Endowments Organization of Fars Province, a group of the Guards of Goad Araban [Islamic Revolutionary] Committee of Shiraz were dispatched to identify and reclaim lands which had been donated by Saheb-Divani and which were under control of a group of people.  Upon investigation, the Guards identified and confiscated eighty-thousand square meters of properties [that were being used as] orchards and warehouses, and which had been under control of the former Governor-General of Fars Province, his brother--who was the former director of the Fars Department of Physical Education-- and a group of Baha’is in Yazd.
