Two Members of the Baha’i Religious Minority Executed.

 

Two members of the Baha’i religious minority in the city of Kashmar, were sentenced to execution by the Islamic Republic Court of Justice of Kashmar under the charge of being members of the Zionist Organization and engaging in espionage in favour of Israel.

 

These two individuals were Kamalodin Bahkhtavar, son of Sadeq, and Nematollah Katebpour-Shahidi, son of Hedayatollah, who were executed at dawn on 4 Mordad [26 July 1981].
