Ahmad Azizi, at a meeting with the representative Head of the United Nations in Tehran, criticized the statements of the General Secretary of the United Nations in relation to the events in Iran.
‘We consider [that] the accusations related to the execution of Baha’is in Iran, for merely being Baha’is, are an organized plot on behalf of the Zionist group and the International Imperialism against the Islamic Revolution’.
Yesterday before noon, Yamin, the representative Head of the United Nations in Iran, met with Ahmad Azizi, deputy of the International and Economic Affairs of our country to talk about and discuss matters such as the one related to the explosion at the office of the Islamic Republic Party and the announcement of the General Secretary of the United Nations Organization…
…[Ahmad Azizi said] we already have announced that up to now, no Baha’i by merely being a Baha’i, has been executed and those few executed were those who according to clear and established charges, were accused of plotting against the Islamic Revolution and so have been punished [for that]…
