Respectfully, with reference to your letter dated 28/10/1366 [18 January 1988], we hereby forward the exact text of the letter of the secretariat of the judicial high council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, number 1/3237, dated 7/7/1365 [29 September 1986] for your information.

"Inform the complainant that according to Article 34 of the Constitution and other codified laws of the Islamic Republic, he may appeal to the competent courts after his return from the State of Philadelphia".

For your further information, the exact text of Article 34 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran is stated here below:

“It is the indisputable right of every citizen to seek justice by recourse to competent courts.  All citizens have right of access to such courts, and no one can be barred from courts to which he has a legal right of recourse.

Considering the above, kindly inform this office of your decision.
