The attached letter from Mr. Azizollah Sanaie is hereby referred to your committee.  Please investigate it fully. Lack of proper investigation will, no doubt, result in dissatisfaction and negative views among the people toward the Islamic Republic.

Respected Gendarmerie of the City of Ferdows,

 

Based on the complaint by Mr. Azizollah Sanaie, who claims lack of safety provisions, and according to the instructions of the Provisional Islamic Republic Committee in Tehran, we dispatched a group of people to the place of [residence of] the above-named person to investigate and make appropriate recommendations.  Please prevent repetition of the arbitrary behavior of some people and punish the perpetrators, and inform this committee about the matter, if needed.
