The Decisions of the Preliminary Commission for the Investigation of Employment Offences, Ports and Maritime Agencies
In view of the fact that, based on the allegations contained in the file regarding Mr.Imam-gholi Shadman-Payravi he belongs to the perverse Baha’i sect, this Commission, with reference to the decision number 335, dated 14/3/1367 [4 June 1988], and relying on Clause 2 of Article 19 of the Commission for the Investigation of Employment Offences, and in view of Article 31 of that same law, condemns the above-mentioned individual to permanent termination from government employment, and declares that this decision is final. In case of any objections, the employee is allowed to appeal to the Court of Administrative Justice.
