Office of Imam Khomeini

Respectfully, recently one of the retired employees of this company has passed away. According to the regulations, his pension should be divided half to his wife and the other half to his children. However, the wife of the deceased, also employee of this company, was dismissed from service by the decision of the Purging Committee due to adherence to the perverse Baha'i sect.

The deceased left behind two minors by the names of Marjan, born 25/4/1344 [15 June 1965], and Mahtab, born 3/7/1346 [25 September 1967], whose custodianship was given to their mother by the Office of Supervision Affairs in Tehran.

Considering the above, please advise of the Imam's view on the following issues:

1- Payment of the wife's share of the pension, given that she adheres to the perverse Baha'i sect, and that she has been deprived of her own salary from the government funds.

2- Payment of the minor dependants of the deceased to their mother.

Please advise.  Enclosed please find copies of soul sole? inheritance and the letter from the Office of Supervision Affairs.

With respect,

Managing Director of Iran Insurance Co.

Seyyed Mohammad Arabi
