Subject: Introducing employees affiliated with Baha’i sect
Further to letter number 2636/SH dated 6/12/1360 [25 February 1982] interpolated by the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Banks. Please order your staff to urgently compile and send to this department a list of employees who belong to the Baha’i sect and who have themselves admitted that they are not prepared to recant from the Baha’i sect so that the necessary action can be taken.

Article 2 of minutes two hundred and sixty four dated 25/11/1360 [14 February 1982] of the Supreme Council of Banks, is appended for your information and whatever action proves necessary.
Article 2 –
As the Secretariat is in receipt of many letters regarding determining the standing of bank employees who are affiliated with the Baha’i sect, the matter has been considered by the Council, and following dialogue and discussion it was decided that those employees whose affiliation with the Baha’i sect is proven, and who themselves admit to this, should be suspended from work and receive no salary pending final decision by the Human Resources Restructuring Board.
