HRANA- Bail Warrant Issued for Natoli Derakhshan

HRANA – The judiciary has issued a bail warrant for Natoli Derakhshan, a Baha’i poet and writer who was arrested by intelligence agents on Tuesday.

According to HRANA reporters, the investigator in the case has charged him with propaganda against the regime and spreading lies.

The Baha’i poet, whose house in the Village of Ivel was destroyed by a bulldozer last year, wrote a letter of protest to the supreme leader after a year of continuous follow-up due to the closure of the case. After ten days, his family was allowed by judicial authorities to visit, but intelligence agents at the Kachui Detention Centre in Sari prevented the visit and postponed it to the future.

Meanwhile, Natoli Derakhshan’s one-year-old child and a ten-year-old girl, also went to the detention centre for this visit.

It is worth mentioning that the family of this prisoner is unaware of the issuance of bail for him.
