The Council, in its meeting dated 10 Ordibehesht 1362 [31 April 1983], subsequent to reviewing the file records issues a decision as follows:

Decision of the Council

Having considered the file documents, and the report of the inquiry ---x----, admissions made by the accused ---x---, submission of defence by the accused ---x---, as well as other circumstantial evidence in the file, the charges are proven and established before the Council. The charge of the aforementioned:

  1. Membership in perverse Baha’i sect, subject of paragraph 8 of Article 29

of the Human Resources Restructuring Act for Ministries, Government Organizations and Related Institutions, ratified 5 Mehr 1360 [27 September 1981], pursuant to paragraph 11 of Article 20 of the said act condemns the aforementioned to permanent dismissal from service in governmental offices and related institutions. This decision, in accordance with Article 46 of the said Act, can be appealed within 15 days of its issuance to the accused (be it real person or legal entity) at the Appeal Board.
