[Date: 17 Tir 1323 (8 July 1944)]

The Minister of the Interior,

Mr. Sadriyyeh, the representative of Shahroud, has sent me a letter which is dated 7 Tir 1323 [28 June 1944], regarding the necessity of replacing the governor of Shahroud, due to the complaints that have been received about him. Evidently, he has also sent a copy [of this letter] for your attention. It is requested that you consider this issue and take whatever necessary actions you deem appropriate.
