Second Notice,

We hereby notify Mrs. Giti Zebarjadi, widow of deceased Houshang Samimi, teacher in the Department of Education of Neyshabur, that according to decision number 2022RAB - 6 Azar 1361 [27 November 1982], the Preliminary Commission for the Restructuring of Human Resources of the Department of Education of Khorasan has confirmed that, because the deceased, Mr. Houshang Samimi was a believer in the Baha’i Faith, his wife is not entitled to receive any pension.  As you are the wife of the deceased and his heir, and this Office does not have your residential address to send you a copy of the decision, we would like you to visit the Personnel Office within a week of this notice to view and receive a copy of this decision.  If you fail to attend within the prescribed period, the next stage of the action will take place and your appeal will not be heard.
