Decision of the Council
Considering the file records ---x---, as well as other circumstantial evidence, the allegation against the accused is proven and established before the Council. For the charge of:
- Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect, subject of paragraph 8, Article 29
of the Human Resources Restructuring Act for Ministries, Government Organizations and Related Institutions, ratified 5/7/1300 [27 September 1921], and paragraph 11 of Article 20 of the said Act, [the accused] is hereby permanently dismissed from public service. This decision can be appealed within 15 days from the date of issuance to the accused (be it a real person or a legal entity) at the Appeal Board.
