B- As of the date 1 Dey 1358 [22 December 1979], two officers of the subgroup of the Ministry of National Defence are dismissed from employment in the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the basis of the approval of the Cabinet of the Provisional Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the approval of the Five-Member Committee.
