Question: Please indicate, if a murdered person is a follower of the perverse Baha’i sect: 1-Does he have the right to receive any diyah [blood money] or not? If yes, how much is his/her diyah?

Response:

In His Name, Whose Names are great

1-An infidel that is not kafir-i-zammi [infidel living in an Islamic country and paying tribute], and Baha’is are a good example of this group, their killing has neither qisas[2] nor diyah.
