Arrival of Criminals in Tehran
A few months ago, as a result of a religious dispute between two local groups in the Village of Sakhvid, situated 12 Farsangs from the Village of Mehriz, in the region of Yazd, forty-two local people, led by Gendarme Abbas Pour Khorasani, raided the village and with utmost cruelty cut the throats of fifteen of their opponents, ranging from a month-old baby to a forty-year-old man. Necessary actions were taken to arrest the murderers, and two months ago forty-three of the instigators were arrested. The case of this group was prepared at the judiciary of Yazd, and their trial will take place in Tehran.
On Wednesday morning, these individuals were brought to Tehran in three buses, accompanied by fifty gendarmes, and taken to the judiciary’s prison for trial at Branch 1 of the criminal court.
