An important religious official watched the film, “A Party in Hell”, in private, a few nights ago, in order to ban the film if there was any problem with it from the religious point of view.

It is said that some of the mullahs [consulted with] religious authorities and said that because Mr. Mehdi Misaghieh [the film producer] is a Baha’i, [he] had deliberately tried to weaken the religious beliefs among the people!

Of course, the result of the religious official’s visit to the movie, “A Party in Hell”, is not yet known, but it is certain that in the last few nights, a large part of the movie has been censored and removed.

Roufia, or “the Beauty of the Beauties”, has told her friends regarding the film “A Party in Hell” that if Mr. Misaghieh had consulted her before, she would never have allowed him to label her with this title in his advertisements.
