Dr. Esfandiar Varjavandi, who has been permanently terminated from government employment in accordance with the verdict of the Primary Board of Employment Arbitration of the Regional Health Organization of Gilan Province, Number 417 dated 22/10/1366 [11 February 1988], as established by the case documents [which prove the] allegations that he is a follower of the Baha’i sect, is hereby advised to present himself at the personnel office of the Regional Health Organisation of Gilan Province to receive the said verdict. In the event of non-attendance within 30 days of the date of this published announcement, said verdict will become final.
