The Use of Baha'is in State Affairs As a Betrayal/ No Freedom like Iranians’ Anywhere in the World

Eghtesad News  — Mohammad Mohammadi Golpayegani, stated that, “If the few Pahlavi supporters knew what betrayals they had committed, they would stop supporting them,” and [said that he] considered the use of Baha’is in important affairs of the country as one of the betrayals of the Pahlavi dynasty. Then he said, “There is no freedom like the Iranians’ anywhere in the world.” …

He said, “The greatest betrayals to this country were committed by the Pahlavi family, and if their few supporters knew what betrayals they had committed, they would stop supporting them.”

The head of the Supreme Leader’s Office said, “Many memoirs of betrayals and enmities of the Pahlavi dynasty to the country have been recorded, such as the massacre of the people of Goharshad Mosque, persecution of clerics, removal of hijab, employment of Baha’is in important national affairs, etc.―[all are] part of their betrayals.”
