This is to certify that Dr Sholeh Misaghi (photo attached), daughter of Amanollah, birth certificate number [redacted] issued in [redacted], born in [redacted], graduated on Mehr 1360 [September/October 1981] in Medicine from the University of Shiraz and in light of birth certificates of couples, [she] has been identified as “married” and, [therefore] is exempt from two service obligations in accordance with Addendum 2 to Article 1 of the Bill of Human Resources Service enacted on 24 Azar 1358 [15 December 1979] by the Revolutionary Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Addendum 3 of the regulation for “one-month service” by medical doctors and paramedics enacted on 24 Aban 1360 [15 November 1981] by the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran.
However, in view of the year of [her] graduation, she is the subject to the “three-year service” [obligation] in accordance with the provisions of Addendum 6 of the Act governing ”Service Outside the Capital for Medical Doctors and Dentists” passed on 4 Khordad 1360 [25 May 1981] by the Islamic Consultative Assembly. Her services in the locations specified in Articles 1 and 2 of the above-mentioned “Service Outside…” [Act] and also the issuing of academic qualifications or the confirmation of the [individual’s] qualifications by educational institutions and other relevant offices are dependent upon the decision of the Medical Services Supervision Office at the Ministry of Health.
