Public Notice

In the light of the fact that the file of Dr. Ali-Mohammad Varqa[1], son of Valiollah, birth certificate number 1419, and his wife, Mrs. Rowhaniyyeh Mohtadi, daughter of Bagher, birth certificate number 5694, from Tehran, is under investigation in Branch 10 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran, under file number 10/64 - 154, we hereby give notice to the above-named, and, in the event of their absence from the country, to their Muslim or other legally-recognized relatives or any [of their] beneficiaries, to present themselves at  Branch 10 of the Tehran Islamic Revolutionary Court located in Evin, within one month of the date of this notice. Otherwise, the court will take action in accordance with the [relevant] regulations.
