Verdict of the Office of the Employment Arbitration Boards of the Organisation for Ports and Shipping
Considering that, according to the contents of the file of Mr. Imamgholi Shademan, [he] has been accused of being a follower of the perverse Baha’i sect, by virtue of verdict number 335, dated 14/3/1367 [4 June 1988], according to Paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the Employment Arbitration Boards Act, and aligned with Paragraph 31 of the same Act, he is sentenced to permanent dismissal from government services. It is announced that this is the final verdict. In case of objection, the employee can complain to the Court of Administrative Justice.
