Subject: Derakhshani Pharmacy in Qaemshahr

With reference to letter number 4/55691 [dated] 10 Esfand 62 [29 February 1984], we hereby advise that the case concerning said pharmacy was discussed in the 6 Farvardin 63 [26 March 1984] meeting of the Legal Commission overseeing Pharmacy Affairs and since the owner of  said pharmacy, Mr. Abdol-Missagh Derakhshani, has explicitly stated in writing that he is a follower of the perverse Baha’i sect , his eligibility to own a pharmacy (as its owner) was not approved by the Legal Commission overseeing Pharmacy Affairs.
