A small group, of which a number are government employees of Shahroud [which include]: Naderi at the Tobacco Bureau; Jazbani at the Post Office; Rohbani and Nabili at the Provisions Department as Mashhad agents; Ghobad, Hejazi and Ghobadi at the Railroad Office; Sheidai at the Roads Department; Khorshidi and two Aghazadeh brothers at the Education Department as employees, have organized a Baha’i Club, and by taking advantage of their administrative positions, undertake propagation that has caused public excitement and an unexpected and irreparable event may soon occur. Therefore, the inhabitants of Shahroud seriously demand that these treacherous and disreputable agents be removed from Shahroud.
