Babolsar - The Speaker of the National Consultative Assembly,

Copies to Mr. Khalatbari, Mr. Amidi Nouri, and the esteemed members of the National Consultative Assembly

I wish to inform you respectfully that, because the perverse and loathed Baha’i sect has caused discord and convulsions in Iran, with the means provided to them from other sources, and the results of their despicable acts in the corners of the country are sometimes undercover and sometimes lead to bloodshed, we request that the National Consultative Assembly, for the sake of strengthening the foundations of the country’s independence, the laws of unity and the prosperity of the Iranian nation, approve the bill for illegalization of the Baha’i sect, which is the enemy of Islam and Iran, and by this God-pleasing act, make joyous the holy souls of the saints of Islam and delight the Muslim nation of Iran in such a way that the dissemination of this subversive ideology and belief—which accompanies the vanishing of the holy religion of Islam and the independence of the country of Iran—is effaced and annihilated from the face of this country.
