Dear respected friend,

 

I beseech God to keep you safe. The enclosed letter is written and submitted on behalf of the associations, tradesmen and businessmen of Karaj to the Honourable Ashraf[1], and also is brought to your attention. For the [general] safety and security, please [issue an] order as you deem necessary, to the head of the district and the police force of Karaj. Please send me the answer to be conveyed to them.
