Dear respected friend,
I beseech God to keep you safe. The enclosed letter is written and submitted on behalf of the associations, tradesmen and businessmen of Karaj to the Honourable Ashraf, and also is brought to your attention. For the [general] safety and security, please [issue an] order as you deem necessary, to the head of the district and the police force of Karaj. Please send me the answer to be conveyed to them.
