Ruling of the Criminal Court about the Accused of Yazd Incident
The last defence of those accused in the Hormozak incident, after eight and a half hours of deliberations, ended yesterday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Branch 1 of the Supreme Criminal Court, and the court issued its verdict around 6:30 in the afternoon.
According to this ruling, 19 of them were sentenced to terms of from seven months to four years of imprisonment, and the remaining 23 were acquitted, due to lack of evidence.
