Procedural Synopsis: Appellant has submitted the above-noted claim against the Respondents to the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Justice—Special Division for the orders of the Supreme Leader and Article 49, Fars. Subsequent to the registration of the claim under the said case reference number, a hearing was convened before the undersigned at a previously scheduled time on 22 Ordibehesht 1381 [12 May 2002].  The court reviewed the file and rendered a decision as follows:

Court Decision:

Concerning the claim of the Executive Headquarters under the Directive of the Imam with regards to issuance of an amended court order to [existing] court order number 1658, dated 29 Farvardin 1373 [18 April 1994], issued by the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Justice—Special Division for the orders of the Supreme Leader and Article 49, Fars, for not having listed the names of the convicted individuals, the court has considered letter number 1210/173/N, dated 22 Ordibehesht 1381 [12 May 2002], of the Executive Headquarters under the Directive of the Imam where they have provided the enclosed list of names. The court hereby issues an order of confiscation of the remaining properties and possessions of the Baha’is who fled from Kata, in the Province of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad as named hereunder. This court order, in addition to the previously issued order, is final and binding.
