We hereby enclose copies of two court orders: number 22623, 8 Ordibehesht 1370 [28 April 1991], and 22623, 27 Mordad 1370 [18 August 1991], issued by branches 6 and 1 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Tehran, regarding the indictment of Rostam Sefidvash, his wife and children, who are members of the perverse Baha’i sect.  We request that you take action to identify and confiscate the assets of the above-mentioned individuals, in accordance with the [court] orders, and report the outcome to the Assistant Prosecutor’s Office by sending a precise and detailed list of the moveable and non-moveable assets..
