At an extraordinary session, a court hearing is  was convened.  Subsequent to reading of the indictment, review of the file records, and further consultation, the court hereby concludes this hearing and issues a decision as follows:


Court Decision


Concerning the charge against [Mr.] Mehraban Akhtarkhavari, son of Bahram, Baha'i registration number [redacted], as to his membership in the perverse Baha'i sect, and thus act of espionage on behalf of alien nations such as America, the hegemon, and Israel, the usurper; and in view of numerous plans aimed at establishing Baha'i government in Iran, and executing the explicit orders of the United States, Israel, and the National Assembly of Iran regarding oppression of Muslims; according to the evidentiary documents provided by the Islamic Documentation Centre, and meters-long scrolls of petitions submitted by the martyr-raising people of Yazd, as well as the guidance of Ayatollah Mojahed Sadoughi, reflected in case reference 70/59, the charge against the abovementioned is proven and established, and thus the provisions of verdict 70/59 applies in regards to the confiscation of his assets.  

Exception is made regarding his debts and providing modest means for his family, in the event they have not fled, and if they undertake not to engage in the activities of the perverse Baha'i sect.
