Respectfully, the commercial units belonging to [the members of] the perverse Baha’i sect who have business licences and are covered by the Union are permitted to re-open and operate. Documents for licence renewals must be immediately submitted to the Union. Those without a business licence can submit the required documents, and once approved by the Office of Amaken [Public Places] of the Islamic Republic, they may proceed to re-open their commercial units.  Beseeching [God’s] blessings
