The Activities of the Bahaism Sect in Rafsanjan- Expulsion of the Baha’is from the City is a Legitimate Request by the People.

The Imam Jumeh in Rafsanjan stated:  “The sect of Bahaism has done many things and brought various plans into our city, and the legitimate request of the people, who do not want the Baha’is in this city, should be fulfilled.”

Based on a Fars News Agency report from Rafsanjan, today at noon, Hojjatol-Eslam Abbas Ramazanipour, in the presence of the authorities in that city, stated, “A number of sects have been created among the people during the past years.  This situation was predicted, and was explained in the Holy Quran.”

The Imam Jumeh in Rafsanjan added, “There are a few groups and sects in the city of Rafsanjan, who, owing to the lack of knowledge of the people, are living and working among ordinary people, and cannot even be recognized.”

Ramazanipour continued, “Some of the Jewish people also work in the city; however, their situation is different from [that of] the perverse Baha’i sect.  According to fatwas issued by the religious leaders, [the followers of Bahaism] are najis[1].”

He said, “The perverse Baha’i sect was established in the 19th century by Shaykh Ahmad-i-Ahsaie and Seyyed Kazem-e Rashti, who claimed to have direct contact with the Promised Qá’im, and to be a link between Him and the people.”

He continued, “After Siyyid Káẓim-i-Rashtí, Seyyed Ali-Mohammad, known as the Bab, claimed to be the gate of the Promised Qa’im and later claimed that he himself was the Promised Qa’im; he later [claimed to be] the Messenger of God.”

Ramazanipour added, “Later, a person by the name of Husayn-Ali, known as Bahá’u’lláh, appeared, who was strongly supported by the Russian government, [a circumstance] which made him flee the country on one occasion.  He then returned and continued his political activities.  Today the God of the Baha’is is the very same Husayn-Ali Bahá’u’lláh.”

The Imam Jumeh in Rafsanjan, while stating that this sect is najis, and that any business dealing with them is haram [forbidden], added, “This sect has done many things and brought various plans into our city, and the rightful request of the people, who do not want the Bahá’ís in this city, should be fulfilled.”

The Imam Jumeh mentioned that a memorial gathering for the Commanders[?] and for over 900 martyrs of the city will be held on 28 Safar [21 December 2014] in the Muṣallá[2] in Rafsanan
