The agent responsible for the killings of the people in Saa’di, Shiraz, was sentenced to death.
Shiraz - Bamdad reporter- The Islamic Revolutionary Court of Shiraz sentenced Colonel Ezzatollah Fahandej, who has been found guilty of “waging war against God”, owing to allegations of murder and participation in shootings during the massacre of the people in Saa’di, Shiraz, and to be executed. This court found Colonel Rezagholi Aghdassieh guilty of instigating the shooting and killings of the people and sentenced him to two years’ exile in Shiraz. It sentenced Bahnam Fahandej to ten years, Mesbah Fahandej to five years, Amanat Fahandej to ten years, and Shahram Fahandej to ten years’ imprisonment.
In addition, this court found Behnoush Boushehr Mohammad, Tarazollah Bahram, Rouhollah Bahabakhs, Ali Bakhs Jahangir-Fahandej, Karim Atashzai, Baniollah Fahandej, and Rahim Atashzai innocent, and acquitted them of the charges.
