The Honorable Office of Roads in Kurdistan,
Based on the order [of the Shah] that any government employee who is known or recognized as a Baha’i must be dismissed from government employment, the following individuals who are working in your office have been identified as Bahá’ís:
- Hadi-Khan Shabrokh
- Abdol-Karim-Khan Nikpai
- Mirza-Agha Nadimi
- Abol-Ghasem -Khan Yaghoubi
- Yahya-Khan Hamidi
- Abbas-Khan Hormozi
In view of the foregoing, you are directed to have these individuals dismissed from their employment and inform [this office] of the results.
