The Government and Baha’is

In accordance with the directive issued to all the ministries this week, it has been set forth that due to administrative regulations, if, among the government employees, anyone has stated their religion as Baha’i within their application forms they are to be suspended.

Should they be employed by contract, awards and daily paid labour category, they are to be dismissed.

Reportedly, with the measures taken by government, the clerical authorities have been advised appropriately that there is no need for the publicity and taking action [against] the irresponsible persons.
