Provincial Governorate of Shiraz,

Mr. Movasseghi, the inspector sent to Abadeh, reports that the chief officer of the local telegraph office is stirring up trouble amongst the Baha’is in order to provoke strife in the election; therefore, the inspector has requested that he be transferred. A complete description [of the situation] has been sent to the Ministry of Post and Telegraph.

Please emphasize that the provincial government [should] also conduct more investigations [about this issue] and report the results.[crossed from the originally typed letter].
