Procedural Synopses: The allegations against Mr. Esmail, surname: Naghipour, son of Mohammad Sadegh, born in 1316 [1937], Identification number [redacted], issued in Minakoh Do-Hezar, position: postman, years of employment: 9, place of employment: Post Office of the Tonekabon County, employee number [redacted], education: primary, married, were taken under consideration by this Office.  In its meeting of 30/6/1362 [21 September 1983], the Office reviewed the evidence presented and declared its verdict as follows:



According to the case documents, report of the investigation team –X-- , admission of the accused –X--,witness statements –X--, statements of experts –X--  and considering all other evidence and case documents, the Office is of the opinion that the allegations of the accused are proven and his offence is in accordance with:

1- Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect (Baha’i), as set out in Paragraph 18, section 29

of the Human Resource Restructuring Act governing Government Ministries, Departments and affiliated Organizations, approved on 5/7/1360 [29 September 1981].  [The accused] is sentenced to permanent termination of his employment in government departments and affiliated organizations in accordance with Paragraph 11, Section 20 of said Act.

This Verdict is final and enforceable in accordance with Section 46.

[The verdict] can be appealed at the Review Committee within 15 days of its having been served on the accused.
