Head of the Iranian Bonyad e-Mostazafan Foundation

This is to notify you that we, Roshan and Sousan Naimi, owned a parcel of land in the city of Miandoab, Koy-e Lak, [redacted] which comprised a vineyard and a one-story residential building constructed on its eastern side. This property was our only possession. A while ago, as a result of uprisings they set fire to said house and we were forced to vacate; shortly thereafter they also completely demolished the vineyard which was included on the same title as the house.

Now, a few months later, Bonyad e-Mostazafan Foundation in Miandoab plans to build on the adjacent lands, which are owned by the Omana Company. In order to level the said unrelated properties, they have levelled the remains of our house and the vineyard with a bulldozer. Our property has not been under the regulations for barren lands; however, as the building and the vineyard now have been destroyed, it is possible for the municipality to now consider them as such. We therefore urge you to consider the matter and arrange for the Municipality of Miandoab to issue a building permit for [our] property.

With Regards,

Roushan Naimi
