Decision of the Office

According to the, existing evidence on file, as per the case documents and other circumstances, the allegation is established and his offence is in accordance with

1- Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect, Paragraph 8 Section 29

of the Restructuring of Human Resources Act of Ministries, the Government, and Government-affiliated Institutions, as approved on 5//7/1360 [27 September 1981], which is based on Section 11, Article 20 of the above-mentioned Act, the accused is sentenced to permanent termination from government and affiliated services.  This decision is final and enforceable in accordance with Section 46 of the said Act, and can be appealed at the Review Office within 15 days, upon service on the accused.
