Allegation: Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect

 

Proceeding synopsis: the allegations against Mrs. Badri; surname: Motahar; daughter of Abdolmajid; born in 1330 [1951]; identification number [redacted]; issued [illegible]; position: legal expert; period of employment: 4 years; place of employment: Isfahan Customs; employee number. -----; education: law degree; married/single; were considered by the Office. In its meeting on 19/5/1362 [10 August 1983], the Office considered the presented evidence and announced its verdict as follows:

 

Verdict of the Office

According to statement of the experts --X--; and in accordance with the judgment of the Civil Court of Isfahan number 132, and dated 6/5/1362 [ 28 July 1983], and considering all other evidence in the file, the allegations are established. The allegations are in accordance with:

1- Membership of the Baha’i sect, subject of Paragraph 1, Section 19

 [The accused] is sentenced to permanent termination from government employment in accordance with Paragraph 11, Section 20 of the Human Resource Restructuring Act (Ministries, Government and Government-related Organizations). This verdict is final and enforceable in accordance with Section 46 of said Act. Appeal may be made to the Review Board within 15 days of the date the verdict is served.
