From:  The Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of the Islamic Republic, Mazandaran Province, Gonbad-e Kavus, To: The Law Enforcement Agency of Gonbad-e Kavus - Concerning Badiollah Mokarian, a well-known Baha’i in Gonbad, who came here from Sangsar (Mehdishahr), and who made his money with investment from Hojabr and Rowshan by usury, lending money with high interest, and forward purchasing, and who was associated with anti-revolutionaries and the Khaleq-e Turcoman [militia], and harmed however he could the Islamic Revolution of Iran, [the court] sentences him to five years’ imprisonment with labour, to be served in Evin.
