Subject: Trouble-making Students

Recently, [in] some universities and colleges in Tehran, certain activities [are being undertaken] by fanatical religious students towards the prohibition of Pepsi Cola, due to the fact that the owners of Zamzam Company—producers of the said beverage—are Baha’is.  They also accuse some of the contractors of the student restaurants of being Baha’is.  The trouble-making students use these activities as excuses to disrupt classes and restaurants.  Please order the necessary provisions to be made to identify the agitator students, to neutralize their activities and to report the results to this organization.
