In the Name of God,

The greatest injustice and violence that [you have] committed against yourself is that at the peak of blossoming of the knowledge of God, you have defiled yourself with polytheism and have ignored the divine station of the Seal of the Prophets [Prophet Mohammad]. Instead, you have clung to the hem of those who have shamelessly claimed, “There is none other God beside Me, the Peerless Prisoner” and have sincerely prayed for the prosperity of the Imperial Government of England, a government that has acted to dominate over the Middle East. All this definitely will be the cause of regret in the next world and [you cannot escape] its consequences, except by your repentance. The Iranians, for the sake of uprooting [illegible] which you [implemented an important part] of this and then [illegible] would take action [illegible].

Regarding the visit of the members of the Committee without being accompanied by the police officers, necessary [orders] were given to the authorities.
