Offences

  1. Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect

 

Decision:

 

Based on information received regarding the membership of Mr. Ata[ollah] Orouji-Heravi in the perverse Baha’i sect, he was summoned by the Preliminary Commission number 1, to the administrative affairs office of the National Gas Company, through letter number 205/1BH, dated 19/3/1361 [9 June 1982]. A letter of response from that office, number 1469/2 AARAK dated 25/3/1361 [15 June 1982], indicated that the place of residence of the afore-mentioned was unknown. Therefore the Preliminary Commission, citing Article 39 of the Restructuring Act, and in the absence of the above-mentioned, made a decision based on Clause 8, Article 29 of the said Act, and the content of the previous telephone-graph number 100275 NAH, dated 26/2/1361 [16 May 1982] of the Supreme Supervisory Commission for Restructuring of Human Resources.  Mr. Ata[ollah] Orouji-Heravi was unanimously given permanent dismissal from employment at government and affiliated agencies (subject of Clause 11, Article 20 of the above-mentioned Act).

 

Also, this Order is effective as of 19/7/1360 [11 October 1981]
